France supports efforts of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents![]() May 20, 2010 - 20:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - French Minister of State for European Affairs Pierre Lellouche said that France, which co-chairs the Minsk Group, supported Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders' efforts to take steps to resolve the Karabakh conflict. Addressing the OSCE Permanent Council, Vienna, he emphasized that political negotiations are the only means to achieve a solution, the OSCE press service reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
