Ombudsman: amendments to Labor Code defend employers’ interestsMay 26, 2010 - 20:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The bill on introduction of amendments to the RA Labor Code abridges the employees’ rights, according to Armenia’s Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan. “The amendments to the Labor Code defend employers’ interests,” the Ombudsman said in a letter to Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. “We consider that the document has a large number of shortcomings to be addressed. So we find it expedient to postpone its second reading,” he said.
