As he told a news conference in Yerevan, Armenia made a knight’s move without loosing in RA-Turkey round. “Even if the process is not finalized successfully, the world will continue speaking of Armenian Genocide,” the expert said. Dwelling on Armenia-Europe relations, Manasyan noted the somewhat naïve attitude to Europe in political scientific and journalist circles. “EU is a powerful structure, acting in the interests of Europe. It can make a serious contribution to Karabakh conflict settlement issue, thus winning the authority of conflict settlement factor.”

The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
