According to its president Vartan Toganyan, the main goal of the magazine edition is to guarantee the coverage and detailed analysis of the processes that take place in former Soviet territory and Eurasian region. The new magazine's editor-in-chief is Arman Jilavyan, who is also the head of "GazetaSNG". He has noted that the editors will focus on Russia, European countries of the former USSR, the countries of the South Caucasus, Central Asia, and also Turkey, Iran.
