The Conference is composed of Speakers and Presidents of the Parliaments of the Member States of the Council of Europe and parliaments enjoying observer status with PACE and international parliamentary assemblies. As an informed source told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Armenian National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan will be participating. The themes of the Conference will be: Rights and Responsibilities of the Opposition in a Parliament; National Parliaments and International Human Rights law: implementation of the principle of non-discrimination.
