The payment system provides with the opportunity to make such operations, as acceptance of advance payments, utility services payment, loan repayment, online purchases, payment of taxes and fines, etc. Currently the company has an agreement with Web Money company, allowing users to make purchases in some international online shops. “E-Commerce is developing slowly in Armenia. I understand that our population is basically conservative and does not trust electronic transactions,” Grigoryan noted. According to her, the company has obtained a license of the Central Bank of Armenia in 2009, after which a system of users’ identification has started operating in the company like in banks.
