  Hans-Jochen Schmidt: constitution is guarantor of democratic regime June 16, 2010 - 20:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Germany’s Ambassador to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt said that state’s constitution and constitutionality, which are responsible for the observance and interpretation of the constitutional law, are guarantors of democratic regime. “Armenia and Germany have been cooperating in the legal field for many years. I believe that this cooperation will contribute to further strengthening of Armenia’s judicial power” he emphasized at the presentation of the collection of scientific and practical comments to the RA Constitution. Besides, the Ambassador noted that it is an honor for him to participate in the event, as Germany also contributed to the collection’s development.
