  Monthly salary in Armenia comprises AMD 103 549 in January-May 2010 June 21, 2010 - 17:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Average monthly salary rose by 6,5% to comprise AMD 103 549 in January-May 2010 in Armenia, compared with 2009 results. As RA National Statistical Service reported, the salary in government-financed organizations comprised AMD 84 199, increasing by 4,3%. Average monthly salary in private organizations comprised AMD 131 323, registering a growth of 8,4%. In May 2010, average monthly salary index fell by 0,5%, compared with April 2010 results. Unemployment rate in Armenia grew by 1,2% in January –May 2010 to comprise 84 900, compared with last year’s results. 0,4% unemployment rate growth was observed in May 2010, compared with April results.
