Earlier in the day, the FAAE quoted some European intelligence sources as saying that “Russian and U.S. Presidents agreed to provoke armed incidents at the contact line of Artsakh and Azeri armed forces to be transformed into a blitzkrieg and then stopped by the superpowers, with further deployment of American and Russian peacekeepers in Fizuli and Kelbajar respectively.” ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
