Return Home 2nd annual program launched in Armenia![]() June 25, 2010 - 12:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 24, RA Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan announced the launch of 2010 Return Home action. Ceremonial action opening was attended by deputy chief of Yerevan police, deputy heads of Armavir, Ararat, Aragatsotn regional administrations, head of education department at Yerevan Mayor’s Office. The 1st tour of the action hosted 90 participants from Georgia, Russia, Latvia, Syria, Canada and U.S. Hranush Hakobyan thanked host families who welcomed children participating in the action as well as Armenian organizations, dioceses and heads of Yerevan communities for assistance offered, RA Diaspora Ministry press service reported. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners.
