  Arthur Baghdasaryan: Armenia to render assistance to Kyrgyzstan June 25, 2010 - 13:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia, as a member country of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), will render assistance to Kyrgyzstan. “The amount and form of assistance is being considered,” Secretary of the RA National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan said. “Armenia lives up to the spirit of the agreement concluded in Moscow on June 14. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
