  Gagik Melikyan: Aliyev’s threats are evidence of his diplomatic illiteracy June 26, 2010 - 14:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It’s inadmissible for a country leader to make warlike statements, Armenian member of parliament said. “I wonder how Azerbaijani President Aliyev dares make such statements being a diplomat by profession,” Gagik Melikyan told a news conference in Yerevan. “His threats are evidence of his diplomatic illiteracy and are meant to gain internal political dividends.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
