  Eduard Sharmazanov: independence of Nagorno Karabakh can’t be disputed  June 29, 2010 - 15:13 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The interim status of Nagorno Karabakh mentioned in the joint statement issued by Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair countries is supposed to be higher than today’s, according to Eduard Sharmazanov, secretary of the Republican Party of Armenia. “Karabakh is approaching its the final status,” he said. “All should understand that NKR can never be a part of Azerbaijan.
