As reported by "Mediamax" agency, making reference to the Russian mass media, Director of "Ecological problems of energetics" Russian research institute Ashot Madoyan stated this. In his words, the Armenian nuclear power plant will become "half-Russian" and this decision was made at the inter-governmental level. Madoyan said that by transmitting management of the atomic station to the Russians Armenia would pay off a part of its debt to the Russian Federation![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
