  FAAE: Clinton will negotiate OSCE MG presidential statement implementation July 1, 2010 - 16:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey managed to persuade U.S. and Russia to take a decision on return of liberated territories to Azerbaijan, chairman of the Federation of Armenian Associations of Europe (FAAE) said in a statement. “Moreover, judging by the positive assessment given by the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, we can conclude that Armenia is ready to cede the liberated territories,” Ashot Grigoryan said. As to the forthcoming visit of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, he said she will focus on two tasks: to force for implementation of provisions of the presidential statement and to reanimate the Armenian-Turkish Protocols.
