Melikyan also stated that NASDAQ OMX Armenia will start working directly with potential issuers, explaining the “rules of play.” According to the CEO, earlier brokers and investment banks were responsible for it, but they have not displayed appropriate activity. Besides, NASDAQ OMX Armenia will be working on attraction of new IPO to the Armenian capital market.
