The address says in part, “Historical significance of adoption of the Constitution can’t be overestimated. It was a move that contributed to state building legal system formation. It demonstrated that Armenia is a democratic and jural state.” Armenian International Youth Center was founded in 2008 with an aim to propagandize national values among the young people.
