RA government allocates AMD 5bln to credit economyJuly 8, 2010 - 15:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 8, the Armenian government decided to allocate additional funds at the amount of AMD 5bln to the Central Bank of Armenia to credit economy. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan noted that last year the government defined certain conditions for the crediting program, what was aimed at facilitating export and developing tourism. “The program has been successful last year, there are observable results, including 8.8% economic growth recorded over recent months,” said Sargsyan.
