  Atom Egoyan: Golden Apricot is not only cultural but political event  July 11, 2010 - 16:45 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The organizers of Golden Apricot Film Festival did not spare efforts to make it established, said Atom Egoyan, filmmaker and President of the Festival. “To tell the truth, I was annoyed with receiving an invitation to Golden Apricot for the first time but I changed my opinion soon. Golden Apricot is not only cultural but political event, as it helps reflection of various international issues,” he told reporters on July 11. “The Festival gains popularity year by year.
