  RA MFA: Mammadyarov’s statements are deliberate lies  July 16, 2010 - 11:29 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov’s statements about alleged ‘discussion of transfer of Lachin and Kelbajar to the administrative control of Azerbaijan’ are deliberate lies, Armenia’s top official stated. “Armenia has never discussed the issue. It was not a topic during St. Petersburg presidential talks either,” Edward Nalbandian said.
