  RA President briefed NSC members on latest foreign policy developments July 17, 2010 - 13:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The seismic security concept was discussed and approved during the July 17 meeting of the Armenian National Security Council (NSC). Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who chaired the meeting, briefed the NSC members on the latest foreign policy developments, the presidential press office reported.
