Other states’ recognition of Artsakh independence will not hamper negotiation process,” he stated, adding that world court ruling can serve as a basis for Armenia to launch the process of international recognition of NKR independence. ARFD NKR parliamentary group member Armen Sargsyan, in turn, noted that Hague court ruling can make a positive impact on international recognition of NKR. On 22 July, the International Court of Justice issued an advisory opinion on Kosovo's declaration of independence.
