Armenian chess player is a reigning champion at Mainz Rapid. At Miguel Naidorf Memorial in Warsaw, Hrayr Simonyan of Armenia took 25th place among 92 participants, having gained 5 points out of 9 possible. Julian Radulski won tournament gold with 7 points. Hrant Melkumyan and Zaven Andreasyan have gained 4,5 points each after the 7th tour of Balaguer international tournament, dropping only 1 point behind tournament leader, armchess.am reported.
