As he told a news conference in Yerevan, Armenian side does not mean to be controlling all 7 NKR-surrounding regions. “In case of Azerbaijan’s recognizing NKR independence, and international safety guarantees provision, diplomats can launch negotiations on territorial concessions to be made on both sides,” he noted, adding that Azeri recognition of Artsakh independence will be viewed as Azerbaijan’s concession.
