However, much depends on the efforts and will of Armenia itself, according to German Ambassador to RA Hans-Jochen Schmidt. “Currently, Armenian authorities are facing a task of bringing RA legislation in conformity with European standards, implementing a number of reforms in customs, legal, judicial and human rights sphere. Upon successful implementation of reforms indicated, it will be possible to sign an associative agreement and facilitate visa regime between RA and EU,” the Ambassador stated at news conference in Yerevan.
