  Russian, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers discuss regional issues August 6, 2010 - 17:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 5, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with his Azeri counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov. Among issues discussed were those on bilateral relations and regional situation, Russian Foreign Ministry official website reported.
