Neglecting articles and publications, recommendations issued by NGOs and democratic institutions, the Georgian authorities continue their policy of assimilation and discrimination,” the statement reads. “Since Georgian President’s advisor dealing with the problems of national minorities is incapable to resolve them, we call for formation of Ministry of Nationality Affairs.”   Top stories Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
