The fact is further supported by Dmitry Medvedev’s refraining to include a meeting with Alexander Lukashenko on Yerevan summit agenda. However, Lukashenko might skip August 20-21 CSTO summit in Yerevan, in the same manner he ignored a similar event in Moscow last year, during a “milk war” with Russia, kommersant.ru reported.
