Turkish President Abdullah Gul invited Khosrov Dink, the brother of slain editor-in-chief of Agos Armenian-Turkish newspaper Hrant Dink, to his residence, Ermenihaber reported. As Khosrov Dink stated upon completion of an hour-long meeting, an important and painful subject was brought up. “There’s no justification to the murder of Turkish intellectual elite representative,” President Gul said. “Hrant Dink’s murder has strongly impacted Turkish society. Dink was killed because of a lack of precautionary measures. I invited you to gain detailed information on the case.”
