Sergey Minasyan: Russian military base’s presence in Gyumri not to affect Armenian-Georgian relationsAugust 23, 2010 - 20:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Commenting on the impact of prolongation of the term of Russian military base’s presence in Armenia on the Russian-Georgian relations, Director of the Institute of Political and Social Studies of the Black Sea and Caspian region, Vladimir Zakharov, said that the Russian-Georgian relations are in a deadlock. Russia will not negotiate with Georgia as long as the country is led by Mikheil Saakashvili, Zakharov said during Yerevan-Moscow TV space bridge.
