  CSTO not eager to re-accept Azerbaijan  August 25, 2010 - 11:44 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - After the 2008 war, no one expects NATO to extend toward South Caucasus, an Armenian expert said. “Even Georgia has lost hope to join the Alliance,” Sergey Minasyan, head of scientific research of Caucasus Institute, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “As to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Azerbaijan had been a member till 1999.
