Russia can’t base its foreign policy solely on Armenia’s interests

PanARMENIAN.Net - Supplying S-300 missile systems to Azerbaijan, Russia pursues its own interests, seeking to control Azeri political orientation and disallow development of undesirable processes, military psychologist David Jamalyan stated.

“Possible supply of S-300 missile systems to Azerbaijan does not spell Armenia’s weakening. Russia can’t base its foreign policy solely on Armenia’s interests. We have to make the best of our defense cooperation with Russia. The protocols signed recently allowed Armenia to settle security problems, while Russia resolved its geopolitical issues,” Jamalyan emphasized.
