Vahe Baghdasaryan won the game against Ekaterina Atalik, stepping up to 10th position with 5.5 points. Aghasi Inants, who missed the round, is 48th with 3 points. In the 9th round Zaven Andriasyan will rival Julian Radulski(Bulgaria). Vahe Baghdasaryan will play vs. Ioanis Nikolaidis (Greece).
