The Minister congratulated school students on Knowledge Day and noted that education plays a significant role in person’s life. “Education is of keen importance in the Armed Forces of Armenia, as it counterbalances the numerical superiority of the enemy,” said Ohanyan, adding that the military and patriotic education of children plays an important role in the process of education. Besides, the Minister briefed the school children on the Karabakh war and stages of the Armenian army establishment. “Unfortunately, we had to fight against Azerbaijan, as it unleashed a war in response to the Nagorno Karabakh people’s fair demand. As a result of it, Armenia and NKR have united de-facto, while from a political perspective the Nagorno Karabakh Republic has been established on the territory of Artsakh,” said Ohanyan.
