Second President of the Artsakh Republic Arkady Ghukasyan, head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, Vice PM, Minister of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia Armen Gevorgyan and other officials also attended the event, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
