Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan to strengthen trilateral cooperationSeptember 2, 2010 - 15:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In near future, Turkish, Iranian and Azeri Foreign Ministers will have a meeting at the intersection of the three countries’ borders. As Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu told a news conference, the meeting aims at strengthening of trilateral relations between the countries. As the Minister informed, the parties intend to discuss a range of issues, including frontier trade and facilitation of visa regime for the three states’ citizens. At the same time, he spoke about the existing check points between Ankara and Baku, as well as Turkey’s negotiating the opening of a check point with Iran, Zaman reported. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
