But there is a law, on the basis of which the Mayor’s office issued the ban,” Artak Zakaryan said. As to Heritage party’s draft bill on recognition of independence of the Artsakh Republic, he said, “I don’t think that it’s time to recognize independence of Artsakh. We should not deviate from the process going on in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.” Referring to the resolution on Karabakh submitted by Azerbaijan to the UN General Assembly, Zakaryan said the document will have no consequences for Armenia.
