Vladimir Arzumanyan to represent Armenia at Junior Eurovision 2010

PanARMENIAN.Net - 12-year-old Vladimir Arzumanyan from Artsakh, who was the third in the youngest group of Junior New Wave 2010, has won Armenia’s selection round of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010, leaving behind another nine participants.

The winner was selected based on 50/50 principle – through popular voting and decision of an independent jury.

Minsk, the capital of Belarus, will host Junior Eurovision 2010 on November 20.
