Armenian Minister of Education hopes for increased number of Iranian students in Armenian universitiesSeptember 7, 2010 - 14:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - High ranking Iranian delegation headed by the two Deputy Ministers of Science, Research and Technology will visit Armenia on September 22-23. As Armenian Minister of Science and Education Armen Ashotyan stated in a governmental press center, the delegation will visit Armenian universities to resolve university degree-related issues. Among universities to be visited are: Yerevan State University, Yerevan State Engineering and Medical Universities, French and Slavonic Universities. Armenian Minister of Education expressed hope for increase in the number of Iranian students in Armenian universities. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners. The number of state universities will be reduced from 23 to 8 by 2030, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan has said. Partner news |
