Representatives of concerned parties know about it beforehand, an Armenian expert said. “Armenian Foreign Ministry officials perfectly knew of the withdrawal, as they made a significant contribution to this decision,” Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter when commenting on some media reports saying that “Armenian Foreign Ministry was unaware of Azerbaijan’s intention to remove its resolution on Karabakh from the agenda of the UN General Assembly.” “It would be naïve to think so,” he said.
