RA SCPEC to submit revised bill on Protection of Economic CompetitionSeptember 14, 2010 - 12:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) will submit the revised bill on Protection of Economic Competition to stakeholders. Entrepreneurs and NGOs dealing with protection of consumers’ rights will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the suggested amendments to the law and make offers to improve the legislative field for the protection of economic competition, the SCPEC press service reported. The bill will be submitted for the RA government’s approval after its discussion with stakeholders.
