Gagik Jangiryan: we’ll file a unified suit against government

PanARMENIAN.Net - In view of continued appeals against sentences on March 1, 2008 events, ANC resolved to file a unified suit against the government, former deputy prosecutor general, Armenian National Congress (ANC) representative Gagik Jangiryan stated.

“Violation of citizens rights for free speech and organization of rallies will be cited as point of claim,” Jangiryan noted, urging Armenian citizens to sign the suit be found at ANC territorial structures.

“Setting no particular expectations with the Armenian legal system, we’ll strive to submit the issue for the European structures’ consideration,” ANC representative stressed, PanARMENIAN.Net journalist reported from the ANC rally.
