The sides will discuss the cooperation ways regarding the question of security along both sides of the Caucasus ridge. They will also study the possible ways of joint struggle against terrorism, extremism, arm and drug smuggling. The agenda also includes the discussion of the second stage of the prophylactic operation "Board-covering force". The chairman of the council is the deputy minister of internal affairs of Russia, major general Nikolay Bobrowski.
