  THE GOVERNMENT HAS TRANSFERRED 150 MLN DRAMS FOR DISCHARGE OF SALARY DEBT TO THE ANPS WORKERSAugust 7, 2001 - 00:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The government of Armenia has transferred 150 mln drams for the discharge of the salary debt to the Armenian NPS workers. "ARKA" agency has been informed about that today by financial director of the station Ovanes Bagdasaryan. According to his words, in order to discharge all debts, accumulated since April 2001, the government of the country must also transfer 20 mln drams. Bagdasaryan thinks the NPS workers will not strike, as it was promised if the government would not discharge its debt completely. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
