PRESIDENTS OF ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN COULD NOT COME TO A "UNIFIED CONCLUSION" REGARDING THE KARABAKH PROBLEMAugust 2, 2001 - 22:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan could not come to a "unified conclusion" regarding the Karabakh problem, but they decided to continue the dialog. As "Arka" agency informs, Armenia's president Robert Kotcharyan stated that after one-hour meeting with Azerbaijan's president Heydar Aliev. As Kotcharyan stated, "the dialog was not an easy one", but both presidents felt disposed constructively. The Armenia's head also pointed out, the presidents agreed "to refrain from accusations".
