  Azerbaijani Foreign Minister confuses his country with Armenia October 2, 2010 - 16:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov said that there are many worrying facts suggesting that Armenia is not interested in the Karabakh conflict peaceful resolution. An important stage on the way of the conflict peaceful resolution has been passed this year, however, with its “destructive stance” Armenia has increased the number of ceasefire regime violations, avoiding the peace process, Mammadyarov said at a meeting held in 28+1 format at the North Atlantic Council of NATO. He added that the step-by-step approach offered by the OSCE Minsk Group was accepted by Azerbaijan in principle as a good basis for a lasting resolution of the Karabakh conflict, APA agency reported.
