  Public Services Regulatory Commission employees to take IT coursesOctober 4, 2010 - 16:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) employees will take diversified refresher electronic communications and IT courses. The training program will start October 4 to be continued till March 2011. Foreign experts will assist in PSRC work towards solution of specific issues in Armenian electronic services market.
