  Armenian Foreign Minister awards Serge Smessov with a commemorative medal  October 5, 2010 - 17:20 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - On October 5, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the Ambassador of France Serge Smessov who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia. Minister Nalbandian gave high assessment to the Ambassador’s contribution to the development of Armenia-France ties. The parties specifically noted high level of political dialogue between the countries as well as progress in economic cooperation. In completion, the Foreign Minister awarded Ambassador Smessov with a commemorative medal symbolizing strengthening of bilateral relations, ministerial press service reported.
