The Field Assessment Mission must carry out a great deal of work, especially in the lands under Azerbaijan’s control,” Ashot Ghulyan said. “During their visit to Stepanakert, the mediators demonstrated understating. One-sided approach to such issues is inadmissible,” he added. Ghulyan also emphasized that the OSCE MG Co-chairs should double efforts to strengthen ceasefire.
