Orange launches e-shop in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Orange launched the first internet shop in Armenia.

This innovative tool will allow the customers to purchase Orange products and services directly from home or office.

Customers can visit the e-shop from the company’s official website or just visit eshop.orangearmenia.am. A selection of the phones available at Orange shops, accessories, 3G modems with one year commitment or without commitment can be purchased at the e-shop. Customers can also purchase Orange Let’s Talk and Every Month services as well as recharge their balance and make monthly payments.

Purchases on the e-shop are possible with ARCA plastic cards; Yerevan inhabitants can make the payments by cash as well. The delivery will be realized within 24 hours in Yerevan and within 72 hours in the regions of Armenia.

Bruno Duthoit, Orange CEO, said: “It is our wish to make our offers accessible to everyone, even to those who have mobility problems or just do not have time to visit shops. In this sense, the e-shop is a new opportunity to be closer to our customers. From now on they will even not need to visit a shop, because we will ourselves deliver the chosen product or service at the indicated address”.

All conditions of warranty and after-sales service are the same as for products bought at Orange shops, and the fee for delivery will depend on the delivery address: 500 AMD in Yerevan and 2500 AMD in the regions.
